“Exhibition Passport 2025” will be on sale (Smartphone Ver. from Feb. 12 [Wed.], 2025 / Card Ver. from Mar. 1 [Sat.], 2025)

“Exhibition Passport 2025” will be on sale from the dates noted below.

Enjoy free, prioritized access to all the exhibitions from March 1 [Sat.], 2025, to January 12  [Mon.], 2026.

A new Smartphone version will be available in 2025 and will be released ahead of time. The usual card version will also be available.

Please pick the type you prefer.

【How to purchase your Exhibition Passport 2025】

Smartphone version

Register as a member, then enter the museum by showing the QR code on your "My Page".

Release date: February 12 [Wed.], 2025

*Quantities are limited. Sales of smartphone version passports will end when the stock of them runs out. (First come, first served.)

Price (incl. tax):  ¥4,000 (Purchases limited to one passport per person)

Sold at The ticket page on the Artizon Museum public website.*

*Payment for the smartphone passport will be carried out after you register as a member. Membership registration will also start on February 12 [Wed]. You can pay by credit card or PayPay.

Card version

Admission to the museum with your card. It’s a card with a work from the museum’s collection printed on it.

Release date: March 1 [Sat.], 2025

* Quantities are limited. Sales of card version passports will end when the stock of them runs out. (First come, first served.)

Price (incl. tax):  ¥4,200 (Purchases limited to two passports per person)

Sold at Ticket counter on the first floor of the museum.

【How to use your Exhibition Passport 2025】

• Bookings are not required to visit the museum with the passport.

• Please show your exhibition passport at the 3rd floor entrance gate.

• The smartphone version of the passport can only be used with a smartphone. Please bring your smartphone when you visit the museum.

• Only the person who purchased the smartphone version or who signed the card version may use it to enter the museum.

- The passport cannot be transferred (including reselling it) or lent to anyone else. (Giving the card version as a present is permitted.)

- Payments for passports are not refundable, and passports cannot be reissued. The same conditions apply if exhibitions are changed or canceled or if a passport is lost or stolen.

- If you forget your passport, you must buy a ticket to enter the museum.

- Passports may only be used by individual visitors.
