About this exhibition

This exhibition featured 58 works by 20 artists, including Sharaku, Hokusai, and Hiroshige. Almost all were from a private collection in Tokyo and had never been exhibited. The exhibition was also presented in a way to highlight the relationship between French Impressionism and Ukiyo-e.
