    About this exhibition

    Thanks to the cooperation of the Musée dOrsay, as well as other museums in Japan and overseas, this was the first Japanese exhibition to provide a comprehensive introduction to Courbet. The 56 day exhibition was seen by more than 170,000 visitors, setting a new attendance record.
