About this exhibition
Morris Graves, a painter active on the US West Coast, was inspired during his visits to Japan and other parts of East Asia to produce works deeply influenced by his interest in Asia. This exhibition featured 40 of his favorites, with special attention paid to 10 from the collection of the Seattle Art Museum.
